By purchasing a product made available through this website, I explicitly release scootercargo.com and its business partners from all liability and waive all legal rights whatsoever related to use of the product. This shall be the case no matter how or where the product was used.

By purchasing a product from scootercargo.com, I agree to:

Assume ANY and ALL RISKS of INJURY OR DEATH resulting from use of the product,

WAIVE, RELEASE, and NOT SUE, MAKE ANY CLAIMS OR FILE ANY ACTIONS against scootercargo.com and each of their insurance carriers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, members, representatives, assignees, employees, volunteers and agents, as well as any manufacturers and distributors (hereinafter the “Indemnified Parties” collectively, the “Indemnified Party” individually) that are based on, arise or result from, in whole or in part, use of the product, and

INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES HARMLESS, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to use of the product by me or assignee. I also agree to pay all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, incurred by any Indemnified Party in defending an investigation, claim or suit brought by or on behalf of me or assignee related to the use of the product.

The Product Release of Liability and Waiver of Legal Rights form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT.

I understand that:

• It may be risky to ride an electric scooter with cargo placed on its deck, and I accept all risks that may arise from this activity.
• The ScooterCargo Mount may not be able to restrain the cargo from shifting if the clamp on the Mount has not been properly installed on the electric scooter.
• The law may not allow carrying cargo on the deck of an electric scooter and it is my responsibility to check the laws before using the ScooterCargo Mount.
• Depending on what electric scooter I have it may not be feasible to operate the electric scooter with cargo placed on its deck.
